Our Sr. Minister is leaving our church, and tonight we had a going away dinner for him with all the staff and elders. It was a very nice dinner, much nicer than the typical church potluck...a fitting way to show appreciation to a minister who has served our church for 28 years! (He came to South Side the same year that Daniel was born!).They had Russell Stover chocolates to give away as favors to everyone, and I offered to make wrappers for the chocolates that would coordinate with the decor. These were pretty simple, as I only had a couple of hours to put them together. But I just love making cute and coordinating party favors!
