February 11

We had some pre-vacation fun tonight. Instead of packing and getting ready for our trip (what we should have been doing!), we went with the Millers and the Southards to the Incredible Pizza Company. It just recently opened, and for their grand opening they mailed out a coupon: free all you can eat buffet for the whole family and a free $20 game card. That made for a completely free evening of fun for our family!

The food was fairly good...can't complain since it was free! They had all of Audrey's favorites: chicken nuggets, french fries, goldfish, mac n cheese and ice cream!

A $20 game card was A LOT for a little two year old to use at this place. Many of the games were too big/advanced for her. But Audrey really enjoyed riding on all the rides...especially this car. She was concentrating on "steering" it, and she had her tongue stuck out the whole time.

Audrey really liked this game, where you put coins in the slot and watch them roll down a shoot and win tickets. We probably spent about half of our card on this game and ones similar to it.
Audrey earned 327 tickets playing all of her games. That was enough for her to pick out some prizes...and this is what she picked (with some help from Mommy!): a big squishy ball, a little bouncy ball, a small plastic Care Bear, and two Sweetheart candies. I love this age, because everything is so exciting to her...even lame, junky prizes! She was very proud of her prizes. On the way home tonight, she had all of her prizes in her lap and said, "I LOVE all these!"
