Our Direct TV was installed today! The install guy left at about 3:15. At about 4:00, a storm blew through and we lost the satellite signal. Kind of frustrating...as we were a little leary about getting Direct TV because of outages during bad weather. It was out about 30 minutes, then back to working fine...hopefully it won't go out every time it rains, or we won't be very happy customers!

that's interesting that you got Direct TV today because we just cancelled our Direct TV and swiched to Dish Network. They had a better deal and we could get HD for less than we were paying for regular Direct TV.
I have to wait around from 12 to 5 tomorrow for the installer to come. I hate waiting for those kind of people to come. Hope you enjoy Direct TV...we did, except for the price.
