They are basement windows, so it is hard to find store-bought curtains to fit them. I was going to just buy a valance to cover them, but I wanted a print and I couldn't find anything that I liked. So I decided to try to make my own instead!
I don't really know how to sew, so I opted for a no-sew curtain. All I needed was some fabric and a little bit of Stitch Witchery. They are not perfect; look closely and you can definitely tell they are homemade. But I'm happy with them, and I think they are better than any of the store-bought options I could afford.
